2020 was something else. I went from personal trainer to homeschool teacher overnight. My home, my place of peace, became my office. The gym closed. Cycling with my buddies was gone. And by the time things were supposed to be "back to normal," I was in the worst shape of my life.

I remember thinking, I do not feel good.

I tried getting back into it. Gym, bike, the whole thing. Couldn't stick with it for more than a week. Calling myself fat as motivation? Telling myself to suck it up? That stopped working a long time ago.

What actually worked was different. Prayer. Self-discovery. Time outdoors with my family. Getting back to the gym and cycling, but for the right reasons this time. Not to look a certain way, but to feel like myself again.

A comprehensive 5-Pillar health and lifestyle audit (90 minutes) to understand where you are right now. A customized wellness protocol built around your life, not someone else's template. Bi-monthly 45-minute coaching calls over Zoom to check in, adjust, and keep moving. Direct access to me between sessions through text and voice for real-time support and accountability.

Does a Wellness Coach do the same thing as a Therapist?

No, A wellness coach helps clients set future goals and build positive habits in nutrition, sleep, and exercise. In contrast, a therapist is a licensed professional who diagnoses and treats mental health conditions by exploring past experiences and emotional issues.

How does a coaching session work?

Through a partnership I guide my clients to create and achieve their own health and lifestyle goals through conversation, not by prescribing a specific plan.

What can a Wellness Coach help me work on?

As a NASM Certified Wellness Coach, I can help you work several domains of wellness to include physical, mental, social, and emotional aspects of client-focused wellness.

How long are coaching sessions?

Coaching sessions are 60 minutes long.

Are coaching sessions confidential?

Yes, All discussions between Coach and Client will remain confidential.

How do we connect for our sessions?

Coaching sessions are virtual and are held on Zoom.

Can I still work with a coach if I'm unsure about what I need?

Absolutely, I will meet you where your at. Once you discover what you need, I will be there to guide you along your journey!

Do you recommend supplements or products for a commission?

No. I will never recommend a product solely for a commission. If I mention something, it's because I genuinely believe it supports your goals.

Is my information kept private?

Yes. All client data, including intake forms and session notes, is stored using encrypted, password-protected digital systems and is never shared with third parties without your explicit written consent.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a full session fee or forfeiture of that session credit.
